The Inzito PartnershipThe Inzito Partnership is an executive search firm, leading the industry with its unique, personal approach.
At its heart is a commitment to placing the right individual in the right role, investing time and effort in a rigorous briefing and research process. It’s this tailored approach that stands Inzito apart from its peers.


We wanted to make this point of difference visible in every aspect of the company’s branding. For inspiration, we looked to the stars. As well as an association with navigation and, by extension, exploration and discovery, no two stars are exactly alike — each has its own unique features. The metaphor seemed a well suited for an organisation tasked with searching among many candidates to find the perfect fit for high-profile executive roles. The brand identity focuses on elevating the importance of connections and networks, and on the ideas of ‘search’ and ‘discovery’. Instead of a single logo, each member of the Inzito team has their own unique geometric star design, which is featured on their email signatures and business cards. When two cards are brought together, a new star is created.
As well as a new wordmark, stationery and logo, we designed an easy to navigate, modular website to tell the Inzito story, presenting the team’s professionalism and warmth with class and style.
