Our Approach

It’s not alchemy,

and it’s not magic.

We don’t have a trademarked process, and we won’t blind you with science. We deliver transformational solutions simply, by putting empathy and human connection at the heart of your organisation.

We discover

01

The first step is for us to get to know you. Really get to know you. By taking the time to understand how your business works now, and what you want to achieve in the future, we put ourselves in the best possible position to unearth new opportunities and help to realise your ambitions, because directions are useless if you don’t know where you are or where you want to go.

From that first workshop session, we felt really at ease. It is a leap of faith, and a bit nerve wracking, but Tom and Ginnie are absolutely the experts in their field, and such a brilliant fit with our charity.

We define

02

To create his masterpiece, Michaelangelo first had to remove all of the stone that didn’t look like David. Our process is much the same. We chip away everything that isn’t necessary, simplifying and refining, until what’s left is a defining set of values and principles — that excite, inspire and most importantly, values and principles that all your people can believe in.

A Studio of Our Own approached our project
from an entirely different perspective; they
put our employees at the heart of the strategy.

We deliver

03

With a guiding strategy in place, we can get to work on delivering transformational projects. From dynamic logo designs to unforgettable brand films, campaign identities, guidelines and brand guardianship, we help to connect you with your tribe, explaining the difference you make, and why people should care.

I cannot rave loudly enough about working with A Studio of Our Own. For such a small team, they make BIG things happen, in a smooth, beautiful, and exciting way.
